[i][b]You don't need to prepay your entry in advance but it does help get you in quicker on the day. Once you've sent your club stand application to us, we'll send you a confirmation and vehicle passes which will get your club cars onto the showground (drivers and passengers will be charged the relevant show entry). We'll need you in by 9.30am latest on Sunday 5th July as we can't have any vehicle movement on the showground once the show is open to the public

We will be meeting in andover at Halfords @ 7.00am to leave for approx 7.20 .
this should give us enough time to get there and in and set up by 9.30 am
